Welcome to Heber Valley Artisan Cheese.

We are excited to bring you the finest aged and fresh handcrafted farmstead cheese. You might say we've been preparing since 1929 when our family started the dairy farm in the high-mountain Heber Valley. Our fourth-generation, 80-year old family farm produces the finest cows milk, and now great cheese in our sparkling new state-of-the-art Kohler Creamery. It is located  right on the farm - just a stones throw from the fertile, artesian well-watered fields where our Holsteins graze.  Thank you for being a part of our lives.
